Harold DeGraff, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director
Harold established Atticus Properties in 2012 to acquire income-producing real estate assets using a value-oriented strategy. Prior to establishing Atticus, Harold practiced corporate and securities law at major law firms in Silicon Valley where he led the local business department of the nation’s tenth largest law firm. He has structured strategic transactions, commercial arrangements, and debt and equity financings on behalf of real estate ventures, technology companies, private equity funds, and other investors. He holds a B.S. from the United States Military Academy (distinguished graduate), an M.S. from Stanford University, and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School (cum laude) where he received the Nadler Award for outstanding work in corporate law.

Peter Thomson, Managing Director
Peter J. Thomson is a Director of Thomson Reuters Corporation and Chairman of Thomvest, a venture capital fund. Previously, Mr. Thomson worked on three continents for subsidiaries of the Woodbridge Company of Toronto, during which he gained a broad range of operational and strategic experience. Mr. Thomson also currently serves as the Co-Chairman of the Woodbridge Company as well as a Director of Public Mobile Inc.
