Atticus Properties Acquires Distressed Property

Atticus Properties Inc. announced today that it has completed the purchase of a distressed property in the Oklahoma City metropolitan statistical area. The previous owner of the property had significant equity in the property and decided to liquidate its position rather than invest additional funds to improve the property. Atticus acquired the property less than 10 days after completing its due diligence, is currently renovating the property and intends to hold and operate the improved property.
